In accordance with the terms of agreement as provided
in this contract:
Ø The seller guarantees the
dog to be in good health at the time of sell.
Ø The puppy will have two
vaccinations and be parasite-free at the time of delivery/pick-up; this will
occur at 8 weeks of age.
Ø The purchaser agrees to take
this dog to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 72 hours (3 days) for
a health check.
Ø Should the dog be determined
to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller,
the dog may be returned with a written diagnosis from the veterinarian, for a
full refund of the purchase price of the dog or for another dog of equal value,
the choice of which is to be determined by the seller.
Ø All puppies are required to
be paid for in full by the time they reach seven weeks of age, so that we may
ship at eight weeks of age.
Ø Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE,
but can be transferred to another litter from Alaqua Pits up until the
puppy is seven weeks of age. Both parties agree that neither this puppy, nor
his Sire or Dam have been bred for the purpose of fighting or any illegal
activity.
